Several spaces within the Stapferhaus are available for external events. Whether it’s a company event, training course, meeting or concert - we adapt the rooms to your individual needs and provide you with the technology you may require. It goes without saying that you can combine your event with a visit to our current exhibition – which we will open outside our regular opening times if necessary. Our in-house cafe will ensure your physical well-being, providing you with anything from a catered coffee break to an Apéro.

Events room / Workshop rooms

Our large event room on the ground floor can be booked during and outside exhibition opening hours. Equipped with sound-absorbing curtains, the room can be divided into three sub-rooms and thereby easily adapted to the size of your event: Event Room FRONT, Workshop Room I, Workshop Room II.

Atelier

The atelier is a closed room on the first floor. It is available both during and outside exhibition opening hours.

Cafe / Foyer

The cafe which includes a foyer can be exclusively rented as a location for aperitifs and catered events outside the exhibition opening hours. While the Stapferhaus is open, you can reserve seats for up to 20 people in the cafe.

Be it a coffee break, a stand-up lunch, and Apero or a fine dining meal – or cafe team will cater to your event’s culinary needs.
